Welcome 2024

While entering a new year, a lot of people take this time to reflect on what has happened and make goals for the year ahead. With this tradition, sometimes we can feel frustrated that things haven’t changed for us, or we are upset at ourselves for not making progress toward our goals. Maybe a lot has changed for you, but those changes have taken you away from where you want to be.
2024

We can celebrate this New Year knowing that it’s okay if we aren’t where we want to be. It’s okay if things have been difficult or you’re feeling stuck navigating where you’re at. It’s okay to not have things figured out. The reality is that none of us do.

As we enter this season, let this be your reminder to pause, reflect on good things from 2023 and notice the hope you have for 2024, but most importantly, give yourself the freedom to accept you’re still on your journey. You have lived this year, learned this year, grown this year and survived this year. That is a feat in itself. Wherever you are in your path, let this be the place you start, moving forward to the place you want to be while noticing the good where you are.
